One-on-one work in Dance and Expressive Arts Therapy may look very different, depending on your needs and goals.

Sometimes we just talk and it may bring clarity and insights.

We always pay attention to the sensations of the body and carefully listen to what it has to say.

Sometimes we may find a visual representation of the inner landscape and discover what is out there.

Always we breathe.

Never we know what may arise at the end of each session.
