art based stress reduction group 

This is the support group for someone who is:


  • feeling sometimes overwhelmed with the busyness of life

  • experiencing burnout

  • looking for stress release and artistic expression

  • curious about the use of arts as a tool for wellbeing

  • have some or none of artistic experience and skills


During the 4 Saturday afternoons, you will be able to create and have fun, get support chatting with like-minded peers, breathe, move and practice relaxation techniques...

...while focusing each time on very specific themes such as:

  • create your own mandala;

  • craft "seeds for change" and eco-printing project;

  • explore our roles by make masks;

  • practice acceptance - make a self-portrait with wood pieces;

  • dream bravely - visualize your place of peace and power using collage techniques.




12 pm - 3 pm on Saturdays.

The group will start as we have enough participants registered


$150 for 4 sessions - by Paypal or e-transfer
