individual therapy for children

It is proven by numerous published studies that children get benefits from play, movement, and active imagination.

Play is a natural way for children to learn, to adjust, to cope with unbearable, and to improve self-regulation.

When we allow them just to be themselves - without any expectations, judgment or desire to fix them - kids can discover their strengths, gifts, vulnerability and find their own ways to be happy.

In therapy with children, we are focusing on strengths, resources and transformative power of imagination to grow resilience and inner stability, to help to go through transitions and face challenges the life may bring.
